McHenry Park District runs a busy diamond schedule across both youth and adult ball, with tournament weekends that draw teams from across the region. The previous fixtures had aged into uneven output and required ladder service after each storm season.

Duvon supplied Liberty Field Series 1200W heads on the existing pole structure, with surge-protected drivers rated for the storm-prone northern Illinois weather and an instant-on response that lets games restart quickly after a brief power blip. Aiming was verified court-by-court with a calibrated illuminance meter.

The finished system holds 50 fc infield / 30 fc outfield with a 1.5:1 uniformity ratio, instant restart after grid events, and a 60% reduction in operating energy.
