Byron Center Field Court Lighting

Duvon™ delivered cold-rated community baseball lighting with -40 °F instant-on operation through Michigan winters and trail-side asymmetric throw.

Byron Center's community field run heavily through the warm months and shut down in deep winter. The lighting needed cold-rated drivers for shoulder-season operation and fully sealed enclosures to ride out lake-effect snow loading without service intervention.

Duvon's design uses Union Series heads with -40 °F cold-start drivers and an IP65 sealed enclosure. The fixtures were aimed for asymmetric throw away from the adjacent walking path, keeping the trail dark and safe under astronomical twilight.

Residents now play under 46-fc maintained light through October dusk, with 1.4:1 uniformity and verifiable sub-0.06-fc spill onto the trail.

Highlights
