Duvon™ supplied ICC training-grade cricket field lighting on a six-mast layout with balanced horizontal pitch + vertical wicket targets for proper ball-tracking visibility.
Cricket lighting is uniquely demanding: the ball is small, fast, often red against a dark backdrop, and stays in the air longer than in any other team sport on a similar field. A cricket-grade design has to deliver high vertical illuminance for ball-tracking and balanced horizontal illuminance for fielding awareness simultaneously.
Duvon's specification used Liberty Field Series 1200W heads on a six-mast layout, aimed for an ICC training-grade balance: 50-fc horizontal at the pitch, 75-fc vertical at the wicket, and uniform fielding-circle coverage. The optical platform's 70 CRI and < 0.10 TLM flicker support both training and broadcast-friendly capture.
The finished facility supports day-night training and competitive evening matches, with full-cutoff luminaires keeping perimeter spill inside the ground.
