Duvon™ delivered tropical-environment public pickleball court lighting with marine corrosion package and Tc 176 °F driver bin for Guayaquil's coastal climate.
Samanes Park required a pickleball lighting system rated for the year-round heat and humidity of coastal Ecuador. The brief specified IP66 sealed luminaires, surge-protected drivers, and a finish that resists tropical UV and salt-bearing air.
Duvon supplied ProCourt 400W heads with marine-grade powder coat, 316 stainless hardware, and a high-temperature (Tc 176 °F) driver bin. The pole-mount geometry placed each fixture above the surrounding tree canopy line to avoid leaf-litter shading on the courts.
The finished installation delivers 45-fc maintained light with 1.2:1 uniformity, 60% reduced operating energy versus the previous floodlight scheme, and a service profile expected to clear five years without intervention.
