Duvon™ replaced an end-of-life metal-halide court system one-for-one on the original pole grid, restoring uniform play without civil work or re-permitting.
Marietta Country Club's tennis programme had outgrown the legacy 1500W metal-halide installation: light levels had dropped roughly 35% from the original commissioning specification, and members reported persistent shadowing along the deuce-court baseline.
Duvon's specification replaced the existing heads one-for-one with Freedom 500W asymmetric LEDs on the original pole grid, eliminating the structural cost of a full re-pole. We rebuilt the pole-mount yokes in stainless to handle the lighter-but-deeper LED housings and added a per-pole surge protection module to extend driver life.
Final commissioning recorded 49-fc maintained average, 1.25:1 uniformity, and a 64% reduction in total system load. The club re-opened the courts the following Saturday with no member-noticed visual discontinuity beyond brighter, cleaner light.
